All meal and procurement processes have been prepared in accordance with the Koç Holding and OHS regulations; disposable water bottles, spices, individually packaged cutlery, etc. are used in our school. • Different catering designs have been planned according to full time, hybrid, etc. modeling of the education processes. Depending on the education model, the “Lunchbox” option or the use of the cafeteria in levels/groups will be implemented.
• Separators have been placed on tables in the cafeterias.
• Physical distancing practices in the cafeterias must be followed meticulously. The table and seating layouts should not be changed, and our students should wait in the marked areas according to the instructions when they get in line. Students and employees will only be able to remove their masks while eating. It is recommended to speak as little and low as possible when the masks are off.
• Students are required to comply with meal times arranged between special times allocated for their level and/or class.
• The kindergarten cafeteria is at another location. In kindergarten, different sections will be ensured to eat at different times.
• The Primary and Middle School use the cafeteria at different times.
• Grades 5, 6 and 7,8 will have their meals at different times.
• The fingerprint system at the entrance of the high school cafeteria has been disabled during the pandemic. Cards will be delivered to the students with meal registration at the school opening.
• Physical distancing signs in the high school canteen must be followed.
• All products in the high school canteen will be sold as packaged. For the sale of the products such as water, etc., sales will be made from the canteen area on the Sports Hall side.
• No cash sales will be made in the high school canteen. Since POS machines will be disinfected after each credit card use entering a password in canteen shopping, we kindly request you to open the students’ cards to contactless transactions in order for them to use contactless transactions in their payments so that the queues and waiting times are not extended.
